Contract Vehicles

CDM is currently the prime contractor or consortium member on the following IQC mechanisms for:

General Services Administration (GSA)

GSA Environmental Services  – CDM provides environmental advisory services under three Special Item Numbers (SINs):

  • SIN 899-1 Environmental Planning Services & Documentation
  • SIN 899-2 Environmental Compliance Services
  • SIN 899-4 Waste Management Services

GSA Information Technology – CDM offers information systems services to the government under a Federal Supply Schedule for SIN 132-51. CDM's offerings include database management, application development, geographic information systems, data visualization systems, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and web development.

GSA MOBIS –  CDM provides services under two MOBIS SINs:

  • SIN 874-1 Consulting Services
  • SIN 874-7 Program Integration and Project Management Services

GSA Remediation Services –  CDM holds a contract to perform remediation services under SIN 899-8.

U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)

Environmental Health IQC – EH IQC (2004-2009), Contract No.: GHA-I-00-04-00006-00 – CDM is the prime contractor for this contract, which focuses on reducing exposure to environmental disease agents and hazards through water supply and sanitation, vector control, indoor air pollution, and integrated programming of population, health, and environment. Integrated Water and Coastal Resources Management IQC – Water IQC (2004-2009) Covers integrated water resources/coastal management, environment, economic growth and energy, and other sectors. CDM is a consortium member.

Support Which Implements Fast Transitions IQC – SWIFT III (2008-2013) –  Supports democratic transitions by engaging and supporting independent media, returning refugees and internally displaced persons, re-integrating ex-combatants and families, and rebuilding communities in countries affected by conflict and political transition. CDM is a consortium member.

Sustainable Urban Management IQC – SUM II (2004-2009) –  Provides services across urban development issues, including governance, finance and credit, shelter, and environmental management. CDM is a consortium member.

MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE CORPORATION (MCC)

Project Development, Project Management, Environmental, and General Engineering Consulting Services in Water Resources Water and Sanitation (2006-2010), Contract No.: MCC-06-0082-CON-90 – CDM is prime contractor for this contract, which provides multidisciplinary technical support services to assess, develop, and evaluate water sector projects proposed by countries eligible to receive funding from the Millennium Challenge Account. Services are provided across the water resources sector, including water resource management, water supply and production, sanitation and sewerage, irrigation, drainage and flood control, and dam and reservoir construction and rehabilitation.
