For our first formal assessment, we set out to collect and analyze our internal data to establish metrics and baselines. To identify the sustainability indicators presented in this report, we used a sustainability performance improvement management system approach, which helped us look at our internal operations and prioritize these opportunities based on the specific criteria we had set. Likewise, we benchmarked ourselves against our peers to identify improvement opportunities. We have made good progress; however, we recognize the need to refine our data collection processes and metrics, to better represent and track our sustainability objectives and goals.
