CDM employs a thorough process of benchmarking, skills assessments, training, systems evaluations, and maintenance evaluations to determine operational efficiency for our utility clients and develop organizational and performance improvements. Our utility optimization program—called competitive utility operations —has been effectively implemented for more than 100 utility clients throughout the United States, resulting in savings of millions of dollars in operations.
The program's cornerstone is the concept of teaching improvements and implementing state-of-the-art systems that will remain in effect long after CDM is done with the project. Through instilling a culture of work force competitiveness and improvement with buy-in from management and hands-on personnel, efficiency gains are ongoing.
