CDM offers complete contract operations services, primarily to our federal and industrial clients. We operate facilities throughout the country for a number of Fortune 500 firms and various branches of the government. Under contract operations, CDM provides management of day-to-day site operation, and assumes full responsibility for regulatory compliance and reporting, facility optimization , support supplies, utilities, labor costs, and facility maintenance. Contract terms range from 1 year to 10 years or more, depending upon client needs.
