CDM evaluated security needs to protect assets at four water treatment plants and two pumping stations. The systematic evaluation included a detailed threat assessment, vulnerability analysis, and an overall security master plan. CDM recommended short-term security improvements and developed conceptual designs to be used as the basis for future design contracts.
