CDM worked with a group of stakeholders interested in the restoration of the San Joaquin River and the preservation of the river's aquatic and wetlands habitat. A major part of this effort was the evaluation of alternative restoration plans and development of recommendations on candidate water supply plans and restoration projects. CDM identified candidate restoration projects based on site surveys and input from stakeholders, outlined a public outreach plan, and developed a programmatic facilitation and coordination plan that describes the overall restoration program and how stakeholder needs are incorporated into the process.
