For a bulk pharmaceutical chemical processing plant, CDM provided multidisciplinary architectural and engineering services from concept through detailed design of a RCRA hazardous waste incinerator facility, including an incinerator building and support systems, a process wastewater sludge dewatering facility, a 130,000-gallon RCRA waste solvent storage tank farm, as well as modifications to existing bulk storage tank farms, and a new tank truck load/unload station. CDM worked closely with the client's design team and construction manager to prepare the design package and support construction activities. Other related activities included multiple hazardous operations reviews and a value engineering workshop to further enhance cost efficiency and quality.
