Jeffrey A. Key
At the spring 2009 American Public Works Association (APWA) conference, Jeffrey A. Key presented "Sustainable Transportation Planning in the Rocky Mountain West." The presentation uses the fast-growing city of Bozeman, Montana, as an example of sustainable tranporation development and smart planning, and offers tips on how other communities can benefit from this model.
