Department of Homeland Security

CDM offers the Department of Homeland Security a full range of services to help meet the nation’s security needs. For military installation and municipal governments, CDM has conducted vulnerability assessments for drinking water systems and other vital infrastructure. CDM’s relevant experience also includes emergency responses to natural disasters, including hurricanes, floods, and accidents, as well as manmade emergencies, such as the anthrax attack in Washington, D.C.

For the U.S. Coast Guard, CDM has provided diverse services, including hydrographic surveys, environmental site investigations, regulatory compliance assistance, and facility design and construction. CDM also supports the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the National Flood Insurance Program and in emergency response to disasters. CDM services are available to the Department of Homeland Security through many contracting vehicles, including indefinite delivery contracts with FEMA and with the U.S. Coast Guard.
