Since 1963, CDM has served U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) programs in nearly 100 countries of Africa, Asia and the Near East, Europe and Eurasia, and Latin America and the Caribbean to advance the agency's global strategic objectives.
CDM's comprehensive program management and consulting, engineering, construction, and operations services protect the environment, improve health conditions, and promote economic growth and political stability. Our services include design-build and conventional planning, design and construction for environmental infrastructure projects, as well as environmental health, water resources, policy, economics, finance, environmental management, institutional development, and disaster response and mitigation services. USAID bureaus and missions access CDM through task orders under worldwide indefinite quantity contracts (IQCs) and direct contracts at the country level. Please visit the Contract Vehicles page for the IQC mechanisms.
