I am graduating soon. How do I get my resume to CDM?
Submit your resume through our College Relations Gateway and it will be viewed by all Human Resources managers. It is a great way to let us know about your interests and abilities.

In what format do I submit my resume?
Your resume must be submitted in one of the following formats:

  • Word/WordPerfect document (.doc/.wpd)
  • Text document (.txt)
  • Rich Text (.rtf)
  • ASCII

CDM will be on my campus. How do I arrange to see a representative?
When we are interviewing on your campus, contact your Careers Office to ask about their procedure or to obtain an interview time. If the schedule is full, please contact us through our e-mail, jobs@cdm.com. We want to know about you, so please make sure that you have included your resume.

CDM will not be on my campus. Can I still be considered?
Of course, you can be considered. Submit your resume through our College Relations Gateway.

I want a summer internship or a summer position at CDM. What should I do?
CDM hires college and university students in a range of disciplines, particularly at many of our U.S. locations. Submit your resume through our College Relations Gateway and indicate your interest in a summer or internship position.

CDM is most aware of possible summer opportunities in the late fall and the first few months of the calendar year. Opportunities may also arise during the spring based on the hiring needs for the months of June, July, and August.

How can I contact CDM with a question? Will my message actually be read?
Send your e-mail to jobs@cdm.com. All e-mail sent to the CDM e-mail address is read by an individual and, when needed, is appropriately forwarded. Be sure to review the types of opportunities for which CDM recruits on college campuses. If there is a specific employment opportunity that interests you, include the job title and requisition number in the body of your e-mail message. Be sure to include your resume.

I am finishing my graduate degree. Do I still need to review the College Recruiting page?
Yes, most definitely. CDM may be on your campus and you may want the opportunity to talk with one of our representatives. Review our current openings and submit your resume through our College Relations Gateway . Be sure to include the type of opportunity you are seeking. You are apt to have some specific requests and we want to know about them.

One of the CDM offices is right in my area. Who do I contact to obtain more information about that location?
Use the CDM e-mail address, jobs@cdm.com, to state your interest and request the contact person. You will be referred to the Human Resources manager of that area. There are Human Resources managers who are knowledgeable about different areas of our global company. Be sure to include your resume.

I really want to speak to someone directly. Can someone call me and give me advice on how best to make contact with CDM?
Of course, you can be contacted. Use our e-mail address, jobs@cdm.com, state your question and how and when it is best to reach you. Remember that there may be a difference in time zones. Still include your e-mail address, as this information is always very helpful. Be sure to include your resume.

What if I don't see the type of position I want?
Use the e-mail address, jobs@cdm.com, and state what you want as your ideal position at CDM and what your preferred location(s) may be. Be as specific as possible. Be sure to include your resume.

To be considered for a position, do I need to have passed my FE exam?
CDM does hire recent graduates who have not taken and passed their FE exam. However, new employees are expected to complete the exam within a short period after joining the firm. CDM encourages all candidates to consider taking the exam during his or her graduating year.
