CDM is committed to supporting professional registrations and certifications (professional engineer, professional geologist, and others), and has several policies and programs in place to help achieve them. Currently, CDM employs more American Academy of Environmental Engineering Diplomates than any other consulting firm.
In addition, CDM University (CDMU) courses play a key role in supporting professional registration. For example, many states have passed legislation and rules requiring continuing education for maintaining professional engineer state licenses. CDMU has and will continue to pursue approved-provider status in states that adopt these requirements via their rules so that courses count toward fulfilling continuing education requirements for license renewal.
