Environmental Compliance Strategies

The implementation of a wide array of federal environmental requirements—including NEPA, RCRA, CAA, CERCLA, and TSCA—has presented countless challenges to industrial and public clients nationwide. As such, many undergo major programmatic shifts yet remain dependent on antiquated management systems that no longer serve current needs. To meet emerging environmental challenges, CDM works with clients to develop and implement environmental compliance strategies that strengthen environmental programs and maximize operational efficiency. These strategies not only help clients meet existing regulatory requirements, but also enhance environmental performance—providing opportunities to reduce operating and management costs and liability exposure. To CDM, improved environmental performance means better application of pollution prevention measures, more effective environmental release prevention measures, improved regulatory compliance, and better and more cost-effective use of natural resources.
