Among CDM's environmental stewardship activities are a long-term, award-winning recycling program that has lowered waste production volume by nearly 50 percent in our world headquarters; the use of Forest Stewardship Council-certified paper and printers, along with an emphasis on paperless marketing; use of ENERGY STARTM equipment; integration of hybrid vehicles into our firmwide fleet; and widespread use of electronic net meetings to minimize interoffice travel.
CDM is a member of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's WasteWise program and an active member of Cambridge Climate Leaders, a communitywide partnership with the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts—location of CDM's world headquarters—to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
