CDM Recognized as Top Employer by Minority Engineer Magazine

CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS—Minority Engineer magazine has listed CDM among America's top 50 employers. In its first year on the magazine's list "Top 50 Employers," CDM earned the 37th spot. Nominations by the publication's readers determined rank for companies nationwide, identifying top places to work and organizations that have proven progressive in hiring minority engineers.
For the 18th annual list, approximately 1,000 questionnaires were sent to randomly selected subscribers. Rather than providing readers with a list of companies to choose from, Minority Engineer asked respondents to nominate three companies—in descending order—that they believe provide a positive and inclusive working environment for minority engineers.
The Top 50 Employers feature appears in the winter edition of Minority Engineer. Minority Engineer is a recruitment magazine for minority (Black, Hispanic, Asian American, and Native American) engineers in the United States, and provides readers with career and affirmative action news, job-hunting techniques, and articles highlighting the achievements of engineering students and professionals.
