Colonel (Retired) Robert J. Davis Joins CDM

CHANTILLY, VIRGINIA—Colonel (Retired) Robert J. Davis has joined CDM as a vice president and strategy leader for CDM’s Department of Defense sector. He will be located in CDM’s office in Chantilly, Virginia.
An engineering graduate from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Davis also holds master's degrees in civil engineering and in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University, as well as a master's degree in national resource strategy from the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. In addition, he is a registered professional engineer in Virginia.
Before his recent retirement, Davis served as the Commander and District Engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Baltimore, Maryland, where he executed an annual program greater than $890 million for military construction, water resources, environmental, and classified projects in seven states.
