CDM/CAPE Joint Venture to Build New Shopping Center on Guam for U.S. Air Force

CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS—CDM announces that the CDM/CAPE Joint Venture was awarded a task order under the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) Heavy Engineering Repair and Construction (HERC) contract to build a 180,000-square foot base exchange (BX) shopping center at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The BX shopping center will be constructed for the Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES). The value of the project is estimated at $35 million. Watts Constructors, LLC, of Novato, CA, is a subcontractor on the project.
