CDM Acquires Assets of Industrial Wastewater Firm, A.W. Goodman & Associates

CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS—CDM has acquired the assets of A.W. Goodman & Associates, Inc. (New Albany, Indiana), enhancing CDM's resources and services to industry in wastewater treatment, plant process troubleshooting, and facility operation and maintenance. The acquisition also represents a valuable addition to CDM's industrial resources in the Midwest.

Founded in 1986, A.W. Goodman & Associates has established outstanding credentials in wastewater system evaluation, design, operations, and training; sewer system consulting; industrial environmental compliance; and contract operations. Company founder Al Goodman explains that the partnership with CDM will benefit clients because of the two firms' complementary technical resources and compatible business philosophies. "CDM and A.W. The employees of A.W. Goodman & Associates—experts in civil and environmental engineering, as well as facility operations—will be located in New Albany, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky, working closely with CDM's global network of wastewater and compliance specialists to serve clients throughout the United States and globally.
