CDM Announces UNCF/CDM Scholars Program Recipients

CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS—CDM is pleased to announce this year’s United Negro College Fund (UNCF)/CDM Scholars Program recipients. CDM, in association with UNCF, has established this annual scholarship/internship program for students who are majoring in a variety of disciplines.
This year, the College Recruiting Program team is pleased to recognize the following UNCF/CDM Scholars Program recipients:

Lauren Hart : Lauren has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina, and will be starting graduate school at North Carolina State University this fall. She is interning in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. Lauren is a returning UNCF scholar, having interned in the Charlotte office last summer.

Jessica Jones : Jessica is working toward bachelor’s degrees in both mechanical engineering and math, with a minor in Spanish, at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas. She is interning in the Dallas, Texas office. Jessica completed a summer internship at NASA last year and is actively involved with student organizations. She has held several leadership positions in the National Society of Black Engineers and is currently president of SMU’s Program Council.

Steven Phillips : Steven is working toward bachelor’s degrees in both electrical engineering and math from Morehouse College/Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. He is interning in the Chicago, Illinois office. Steven has received several honors and awards and is actively involved with professional organizations and in the community as a mentor to high school students.

Nathaniel Price : Nathaniel is working toward a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina. He is interning in the Orlando, Florida office. Nathaniel recently passed the Fundamentals in Engineering exam and plans to attend graduate school after obtaining his degree this fall.

Eni Rotimi : Eni is working toward a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Howard University in Washington, D.C. He is interning in the Chantilly, Virginia. Eni hopes to pursue a doctoral degree in engineering once he has achieved his master’s degree.
